News from Misho

“Hello, dear donors,

Misho has successfully completed his second course of rehabilitation using the Tomatis method – positively, purposefully, and without stress.

This time he was calm, willingly allowed the headphones to be put on and taken off by himself, with no interruptions or intolerance. He participated more confidently in games and showed interest in the stories we read to him.

ℹ️ According to the latest assessments:

  • there is a decrease in some indicators,
  • stabilization of neural connections is observed.

The therapist emphasized that Misho shows very few traits typical of severe autism and, according to her, his condition is more consistent with alalia.

ℹ️ What is alalia?

Alalia is a serious speech disorder characterized by a significant impairment or complete absence of speech. It is often accompanied by disturbances in higher mental functions and processes. This requires a new approach – restoring sound transmission between the brain hemispheres and managing hyperactivity.

✨ By God’s will and through my persistence, I believe that after years of wandering and struggle, I am finally on the right path.

Thanks to:

  • the massages by Dr. Vel, which saturate the body with oxygen,
  • combined therapy with headphones,
  • occupational therapy and speech therapy sessions –
  • …greater awareness and progress can be seen in Misho.

Every small step forward is strength and hope for me, and for Misho – a chance for development and life.

Please support us, dear donors!

Without you, I have no chance to free my child from the “prison” he is currently in. I must pull him out of this circle so that he can continue on the tracks of life on his own.

There is hope for him – I can see it! But funds are needed so that we can remain consistent in therapies and efforts.

Please help us!

With immense gratitude and from the heart –

Misho’s mother
