Learn about the required documents to start a campaign
The Foundation is responsible for collecting and verifying the required documents for campaigns.
All campaigns are evaluated according to the platform's security and transparency standards.
Information about the illness and the current situation of the person in need of assistance; contact details of the campaign initiator or beneficiary; and photos suitable for publication with the campaign.
Recent medical documentation, including a current medical summary (epicrisis) issued within the last 6 months, and other documents proving the beneficiary's health condition at the time of campaign creation.
An official quote from the clinic where the treatment will be carried out; a pro forma invoice for the medical stay and upcoming procedures or tests; and other documents that verify the legal status and reliability of the campaign.
You must provide relevant photos and detailed information about the cause for which you want to launch a campaign.
Depending on the campaign type, and at the Foundation's discretion, additional documents may be required to verify the credibility of the cause and the donation recipient.
A Platform administrator will review your campaign and assist you in preparing it properly. If further documentation is necessary to prove the legitimacy of the cause, such documents will be requested during the campaign approval process.
