Support Center for Campaign Initiators

In the platform's Help Center, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions by users. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us and we will respond.

You can start charitable fundraising campaigns in the following categories:

  • Treatment, Medicine, and Rehabilitation
  • Children and Youth
  • Animals
  • Family
  • Holidays and Events
  • Art, Culture, and Society
  • Urban Environment and Construction
  • Sports
  • Refugees and Migrants

Follow these steps to start a campaign on the platform. A team member will contact you to help you prepare your campaign:

  1. 1 Start your campaign using the "Start Campaign" button.
  2. 2 Enter your email and phone number correctly so a platform administrator can reach you. Send a message with details about your cause and specify the campaign deadline. If you are organizing a campaign for someone else, register with your own name. You will be the Campaign Initiator, and we may request additional information about the beneficiary.
  3. 3 After submitting your campaign, it will be reviewed by an administrator. If approved, it will be published and open for donations.
  4. 4 Once your campaign is active, you can share it on social media to attract more donors.

Campaigns can be categorized as medical or non-medical. In both cases, you need detailed descriptions and photos.

For medical campaigns, a diagnosis or other medical documentation is required. You may also need a quote (pro forma invoice) from a medical institution to define the target amount.

For non-medical campaigns, documents are only mandatory in specific cases, such as campaigns supporting young talents abroad.

You can find the required documents in the "About the Platform" section of the foundation's website.

After submitting your campaign, a platform administrator will review it in detail. If more information is needed, we will contact you.

The review process typically takes a few business days. Depending on the campaign category, additional time may be required to prepare the necessary documents.

For a campaign to be approved quickly, it must be well-prepared. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Inappropriate or missing photos
  • A poorly written, brief, or emotionless story
  • Missing or low-quality documentation
  • Campaigns related to gambling, debt repayment, illegal activities, or ones that harm the dignity of others

⚠️ The platform does not support or approve such campaigns.

If you need to edit your active campaign, contact us and we will assist you.

When starting your campaign, you should calculate the amount needed as accurately as possible. If unforeseen costs arise (e.g., extra medical tests abroad), provide supporting documents (e.g., a quote from the hospital). After approval, the additional amount will be added to your campaign.

  • For medical campaigns, strict rules apply (see section 8 of the Platform Terms and Conditions).
  • For non-medical campaigns, funds are paid to the account of the initiator or beneficiary, with no specific rules.

Once a proper request is submitted according to platform rules, funds are paid within 3 business days.

⚠️ about.important: IMPORTANT: This timeframe depends on bank processing and may vary. If the transfer takes longer than 3 business days, notify us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

  • You can request the full amount collected, following platform procedures.
  • If the funds are no longer needed, transfer them to another campaign. Contact us to request the transfer and closure of your campaign.
  • It is recommended to post a final update to explain to donors why the campaign is ending and how the cause was resolved.

In case of the beneficiary's death, the campaign initiator (or relatives, if the initiator is also the beneficiary) must inform the platform and request that the remaining funds be transferred to another active campaign(s), within the timeframe defined in the Terms and Conditions.

If you are a foundation, association, or other legal entity, you can start a campaign on behalf of your organization as the Initiator/Beneficiary.

The initiator/beneficiary may use the collected funds according to the platform rules.

If the funds are insufficient to realize the campaign's goal, options include:

  1. 1 Finding additional funding sources to cover the shortfall (existing funds remain secure on the platform).
  2. 2 Transferring the funds to another campaign.
