My name is Kliment, and I am reaching out to you for help during an extremely difficult time for my family. Together with my partner Kalinka, we are raising our baby, Borislav, who is only 5 months old. Kalinka is on maternity leave, and I am currently unemployed, which means we are unable to provide even the most basic necessities for our household. We live together as a family, and this winter we face a serious challenge — we lack the funds to buy firewood, which our home urgently needs. The cost of obtaining the necessary amount of firewood is 1,665.60 BGN (851.61 EUR) — an amount beyond our means in our current situation. We applied for heating assistance, but unfortunately, we were denied for administrative reasons — initially due to my lack of registration at our current address, and later because at that time I was not registered with the Employment Office. Despite our efforts to organize the paperwork, heating support was not granted. We remain hopeful and have faith that there are kind-hearted people who can help us provide warmth and security for our baby during the cold months.
