Hello, friends with kind hearts!

We want to tell you about a radiant and wonderful child – our daughter Bozhidara from Vidin.

Bozhidara was born prematurely at 27 weeks gestation, weighing only 1010 grams. She spent a long time in the neonatal unit, was intubated, and faced many challenges as a baby. At 1 year and 6 months, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia).

After consultations with doctors, we started monthly rehabilitation in a specialized clinic for children with cerebral palsy in Sofia. There, Bozhidara receives the best possible care to learn to walk and have a chance at an independent life.

The rehabilitation is expensive, and with each procedure, the challenges for our family grow. Until she turns seven, Bozhidara needs to attend the clinic every month to achieve optimal results.

💛 Thanks to your help so far:

• Several courses of specialized gymnastics and rehabilitation at “Medico-Dental Center Yasen” have been paid – 650 BGN per course.

• Bozhidara can already move independently!

Now, we need funds to continue the regular procedures and associated costs so Bozhidara can become a fully independent child.
