Mother of Angel Hello, My name is Hristina, and I am the mother of two wonderful boys – Angel and Kristian. With both pain and hope, I share Angel’s story, who has been fighting for life and health from his very first moments. Angel and his brother were born prematurely at 31 weeks. From the start, Angel faced enormous challenges – hydrocephalus and retinopathy. He underwent brain surgery to have a shunt placed and a laser operation to save his vision. At 8 months old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy – spastic quadriplegia, and later also epilepsy. In just six years, Angel has undergone 10 surgeries and numerous therapies, each bringing progress – head control, limb movements, and even short moments of independent sitting. But his fight continues. The next step is stem cell infusion and exosome therapy. We have already started the treatment, but the financial burden is enormous.
