LoginUpdate – 16 September 2026
Hello, kind people!
I continue to fight for something that is so natural and ordinary for most people that they do not even think about it—to stand up, take a few steps, go to someone on my own, or simply be able to move around without another person’s assistance.
For me, however, this is not something ordinary. It is a dream. It is freedom. It is an opportunity to be at least a little more independent and to depend less on another person.
That is why I am continuing my therapy at the REGO Medical Center, where I work with a robotic system. Every therapy session is another opportunity to develop my movements and get closer—albeit in small steps—to this dream.
But to continue, I need your support. Thank you to everyone who will stand by me and help me not to give up!
Update – 15 June 2026
Thank you to everyone who is helping me make my dream come true, step by step!
For almost two months, with your help, I have been attending the REGO Medical Center and undergoing robotic rehabilitation. I feel freer and more confident. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you!
I am eagerly looking forward to the next rehabilitation course, and I hope that soon I will be able to do independently what I am currently doing with the Lokomat. Unfortunately, this type of rehabilitation is very expensive and is not covered by the health insurance fund. Without these procedures, I am destined to remain helpless in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.
That is why I ask you to continue supporting me, because without your help I would not have been able to come this far!
Forward with the help of kindness! Preslav Ivanov has been fighting cerebral palsy for 21 years. He is a determined young man who does not stop in the face of challenging exercises and dreams of overcoming his condition to achieve a more independent life. Thanks to the generosity of donors, he will start his dream robotic rehabilitation at “Medical Center Rego.” The first sessions start on December 15th and cost 6,669.09 BGN. We hope your support for him will continue so that Preslav can complete the full rehabilitation course and take another brave step forward. My name is Aneta Ivanova, and I am the mother of Preslav – a brave and determined 21-year-old young man from Vratsa. My son was born prematurely in the seventh month, and when he turned one, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP). Since then, our life has been a constant struggle – with pain, limitations, and endless rehabilitation. Despite the difficulties, my son never gave up. He graduated from 12th grade in the music program at “Otets Paisiy” Secondary School in Vratsa, has a strong will, and dreams of a more independent life. Our hope comes from robotic therapy with Lokomat Pro at the REGO rehabilitation center, which is already showing results – Preslav has reached 45 minutes of active movement with the help of the device! This gives him new motivation and belief that he can achieve more. We received an offer to continue his treatment, which includes neurophysiological exercises, Lokomat Pro therapy, and shockwave therapy. The total cost is 12,673.20 BGN – an amount beyond our family’s means. From the bottom of my heart, I ask you to help Preslav continue this fight. Every donation is a step toward a better future for my son.
